Founder & CEO
With over 20 years of experience bridging AI, data science, and executive leadership, Carlo brings deep expertise in building AI platforms that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Previously serving as Chief Data & AI Officer, Carlo has led transformative AI initiatives across pharma, biotech, retail, and manufacturing sectors. He specializes in translating AI investments into real-world impact while building sustainable governance structures and human-centered cultures. He writes about AI leadership and strategy on his Substack.
Carlo's vision for SynCVio stems from witnessing firsthand how traditional hiring processes fail both candidates and employers. He founded the company to bring the same transparency and accountability he championed in enterprise AI to the recruiting space.
