Only upload documents and materials you have the right to share
Do not attempt to manipulate or game the assessment system

Use assessments as one factor in hiring decisions, not the sole determinant
Comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
Provide candidates with required notices and disclosures
Maintain confidentiality of candidate information

5. Intellectual Property

The SynCVio platform, including its software, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

You retain ownership of the content you provide (resumes, professional stories & achievements, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

6. AI Transparency and Limitations

Our AI agents are designed to be transparent, but you acknowledge that:

AI assessments are recommendations, not guarantees of job fit
Human judgment remains essential in hiring decisions
AI systems may have inherent limitations and biases we work to minimize
Transcripts and assessments are generated automatically and may contain errors

7. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are provided only as specified in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
